We've built a platform where tens of thousands of people have met with board-certified dietitians to improve their lives through nutrition and lifestyle change — with insurance companies covering the cost. Dietitians are thrilled to have their own private practice that handles everything from insurance to client sourcing so they can focus on their clients, achieve financial freedom, and have agency over their work-life balance. Clients love getting convenient and personalized 1-on-1 care at little to no cost. Insurance companies love us too because we help their members get healthier and lower their healthcare costs.

As of Jan 2025 we are the fastest growing company in the wellness space and have the best cash burn to growth metrics since early Airbnb, Stripe, and WhatsApp. Those aren’t our words — that’s according to our lead investors at General Catalyst, 1984, Forerunner, and Goldman Sachs. Between our seed round in 2022 and the Series B this year, we’ve raised $75M in funding to date.

We like to say we are only in our first inning. Just as Amazon started by selling books online, we plan to do much much more than just insurance-covered nutrition counseling. We’re working on special secret projects that include AI, e-commerce, and food delivery — all so we can be there for our users for every decision that impacts their health.
As an operations leader, you’ll build the foundation of a company capable of hyper-growth and scale. You’ll make product and operational decisions that impact the user and allow us to move quickly, while ensuring our most important stakeholders are given the best experience.

What you'll be doing:
- Own provider and patient success, being the voice of the company at critical moments for our brand
- Design external and internal products/tools to deliver best-in-class experiences for major stakeholders (e.g., providers, patients, partners)
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying, prioritizing and executing on key opportunities for the business
Your skills & experience:
- 2+ years of experience at a fast-paced startup or in management consulting
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- Passion for making nutrition care accessible for all
