Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Business Operations, based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic business goals. Responsibilities include managing business operations, driving efficiency, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, financial planning, and ensuring optimal use of resources. The role also involves analyzing key metrics and implementing improvements to operational processes for enhanced performance.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Business Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify challenges and drive data-informed decision-making
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic development
- Knowledge and expertise in Finance and budget management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering/science or related fields; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
- Proven track record of experience in a similar leadership role
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
