As Sr. Business Operations Program Manager (PM), Talent Acquisition, you will own the operating cadence, inspection mechanisms, and business insights that drive productivity, accountability, and hiring excellence across the Talent Acquisition organization.
This role serves as the single-threaded owner of TA’s Rhythm of the Business (ROTB)—establishing, running, and continuously improving Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs), performance dashboards, and executive reporting. You will partner closely with TA leadership, Finance, Workforce Planning, HR, and Recruiting Operations to ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights to make better decisions
