SNI has been retained by a PE backed manufacturing company to find a hands on CFO.

A few highlights:

High-impact CFO seat with full ownership of finance, strategy, and value creation
Equity participation and a meaningful upside tied to the next transaction
Hands-on leadership role with an established accounting team in place
Company is positioned for significant growth over the next 2–3 years

Experience Required:

-15+ years accounting/finance experience in fast paced environments

-Manufacturing industry experience required including heavy inventory experience

-Extensive cash forecasting experience

-PE-owned portfolio company leadership experience is preferred

-CPA preferred, can be inactive

-Experience successfully taking a company through a sale strongly preferred

-Prior Controller experience preferred

Responsibilities include:

-Contributing to scalable revenue growth

-Improving processes

-Cash forecasting, debt covenant responsibility

-Oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting

-Serve as PE firm contact – Fast paced leader with excellent soft skills required!
