About Us
Flisk is a data health platform used by marketing, growth, and product teams to implement and maintain analytics without writing code. We eliminate engineering bottlenecks so data consumers can move independently and track accurately.
Our open source project has over 157K downloads, we’ve conducted over 200 customer discovery calls, have a waitlist of 50+ companies, and have multiple deals in our pipeline.
The CEO and CPO are technical founders with previous exits who designed and built Flisk themselves after considerable research. We’re pre-seed with a functional product and ready for a proven sales leader to build and implement our GTM strategy.
The Role
This is an execution-first, founder-level role with meaningful equity. We’re focused on building a customer base and revenue, so we need a zero-to-one sales pro who knows how to excite both technical and non-technical team members at organizations with varying levels of tracking complexity and maturity.
You’ll write the sales playbook, generate leads, run demos, and educate potential customers about the value of Flisk.
- Own all early revenue efforts: outbound, inbound, discovery, demos, pilots, and closing
- Refine our ICP, find where they live and breathe, and foster relationships through community engagement
- Build pipeline with marketing/growth/product teams, agencies, and RevOps organizations
- Create positioning, craft the narrative, and draft sales materials
- Build a feedback loop with our CPO around friction points, UX needs, and feature gaps
- Work with customers to help them get maximum value out of the product
- Help design repeatable GTM processes ahead of the seed round
- Identify growth opportunities across agencies, partner networks, communities, and PLG channels
You Are
- A founding seller who has taken SaaS from zero to revenue
- Experienced selling to marketing ops, growth, product teams, or agencies
- Comfortable explaining analytics value without engineering jargon
- Able to run your own outbound motion and build early pipeline from scratch
- A strong storyteller — someone who can make the pain of broken tracking and waiting on engineering visceral
- Excited by ambiguous environments and rapid product evolution
- A self-starter with an ownership mentality and appetite for equity upside
Nive to Have
- Past experience with tools like Segment, Mixpanel, GA4, GTM, Amplitude, Heap, Pendo, RudderStack, PostHog
- A GTM background in MarTech, WebOps, RevOps, product analytics, or no-code platforms
- Experience selling to agencies or service providers
- Prior success in a founding sales role
Compensation
Equity-only at pre-seed. Cash comp will begin post-seed or with meaningful revenue. Open to part-time or fractional.
