Role Description
We are looking for an Onsite Business Analyst with strong expertise in
Steelbrick CPQ,
Callidus CPQ, or
ServiceNow SOM, along with deep understanding of the
Opportunity-to-Order lifecycle. Experience in
ServiceNow SOM and
SAP BRIM is preferred.
Skills & Experience
- 9+ years implementing quoting processes for SaaS products using Steelbrick CPQ, Callidus CPQ, or ServiceNow SOM
- Strong knowledge of configuration, pricing, quoting, dynamic pricing, discounting, bundling, and packaging
- Understanding of subscription models, subscription billing, and BRIM
- Minimum 3 years as an Architect/Lead with solutioning experience
- Deep expertise in SaaS business models, CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash
- Experience collaborating with GTM, Sales Ops, Sales, Deals Desk, Legal, Finance
- Hands-on knowledge of workflow, approval management, and user management
- Ability to deliver Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, prototyping, and assessments using CPQ & SOM tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
