Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Applications with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion CRM and Field Service modules.
- Prior experience in an onsite coordinator/client-facing role is good to have.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion CRM modules such as:
- CX Sales
- Service Requests
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing large-scale support engagements using the onsite-offshore model.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
