IDR is seeking a Jr IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, Utah. This role involves supporting technology projects within a dynamic organization focused on revenue operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
Position Overview for the Jr IT Project Manager:

Lead programs supporting revenue partners, program, product managers, and engineers

Manage projects through the full project lifecycle including planning, scoping, requirements, development, testing, and deployment

Interface with team members across all levels of technical and business leadership

Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and facilitate effective meetings with engineering teams

Build and maintain relationships across departments and drive project management deliverables
Requirements for the Jr IT Project Manager:

Prior technical program management experience

Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to clearly communicate across levels of the organization and departments in writing, orally and interpersonally

Effective problem solving and analytical skills

Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
