Job Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales organization by managing order workflows, maintaining accurate systems data, coordinating cross-department tasks, and ensuring efficient day-to-day sales operations.
Responsibilities
· Process and validate sales orders in the ERP system
· Review pricing, terms, product availability, and required documentation
· Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve order or billing issues
· Maintain data accuracy, including accounts and product details
· Track order status, fulfillment milestones, and communicate updates to internal teams
· Support sales onboarding with system access, training materials, and process guidance
· Assist in maintaining sales process documentation and SOPs
· Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements
· Support execution of promotions, pricing updates, and product launches
· Handle internal support tasks such as office supply management and team supply runs
· Provide general operational assistance to the teams as needed
Qualifications
· 1–3 years in sales operations, order management, or sales support
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Experience with CRM or ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
· Clear communication skills across teams
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Excel
· Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or distribution environments
· Knowledge of order-to-cash or quote-to-cash processes
