As a
Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the data intelligence backbone of our Sales organisation. You'll transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, optimise sales performance, and accelerate revenue growth. Working closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional teams, you'll build the reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that power our go-to-market engine.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you'll own key analytical workstreams and serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders seeking to understand performance, forecast accurately, and identify growth opportunities.
Your impact at Brevo:
- Sales Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports tracking key sales metrics (pipeline, conversions, quota attainment, cycle times). Deliver recurring and ad-hoc analysis with actionable insights for Sales leadership. Proactively identify trends and opportunities in sales performance data
- Forecasting & Planning: Develop revenue forecasting models and monitor pipeline health. Support quota setting, territory optimisation, and capacity planning with data-driven analysis
- Sales Optimisation & Strategy: Identify productivity improvements and provide analytical support for GTM initiatives. Analyse compensation effectiveness and sales process bottlenecks
- Data Quality & Systems: Ensure CRM data integrity and optimise sales tech stack for better reporting. Document processes and collaborate cross-functionally with Ops and Finance teams
Who you are:
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Management Consulting, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to work with large datasets, build complex models, and derive actionable insights
Technical proficiency with:
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Omni, or similar)
- Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas)
- SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong business acumen with understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, metrics, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills - ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Ability to deliver results quickly and make immediate impact in a fast-paced environment
