Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Sales Officer, based in Gurugram. The Chief Sales Officer will oversee and drive the overall sales strategy, operations, and execution to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the sales team, developing sales plans, building strong client relationships, and monitoring key metrics to achieve revenue goals. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to achieve performance excellence
- Strong Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Strategic planning abilities and excellent knowledge of market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries is a plus
