Do you have experience with:
· Service Companies – Law firms, Medical, Architectural Firms, Agencies
· Wholesale Distribution
· Law Firms
(Must have experience with at least 2 categories)
Do you have experience guiding companies with:
· Profitability and/or Cash Flow Improvement
· Costing, analytics
· Strategic direction of the company.
What Is the Job:
In this role, the CFO (you) works between 2 and 4 days a week for multiple companies as their designated Part Time CFO. You will be assigned between 3-5 clients on a regular basis with the majority of the work being remote. You will not only advise the owner/president of the company, but provide mentoring to the existing accounting and managing staff.
Who We Want on our Team:
The ideal candidate has worked as a CFO for middle market-sized companies – $20 million - $250 million plus in revenue for a minimum of 10 years.
Past roles could have included large multi-national corporations as Finance Director, Division Controller, etc., as well as roles as CFO or VP Finance for middle market companies. Must write well, be analytical, and an easy person to talk to.
Working knowledge of financial reporting packages, ERP systems (QuickBooks experience helpful), developing cash flow forecasts, developing financial models with multiple scenarios
Ideal Education Background Includes:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Business
- MBA
- CPA (preferred)
- Heavy experience in the Manufacturing setting
