We’re adding another experienced Fractional CFO to CFO Simplified, right here in Chicago, and we’re ready to get someone started right away.
You’d be joining our team to work with two lower-middle-market manufacturing companies (Batavia + Chicago) that both need real financial and operational leadership. This is hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work: costing, cash flow management, margin improvement, and operational cleanup—one company focused on growth, the other prepping for a possible sale.
We’re looking for someone who has actually been the CFO (PE / transaction experience is a plus) and likes getting deep into the business. These two engagements will keep you busy 30–40 hours/week. You’d be an employee of CFO Simplified, working with long-term clients.
