The CFO plays a critical leadership role in Asset Liability Management (ALM), Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) strategy, capital planning, and financial risk management. - Managing liquidity, investment portfolio strategy, and funding sources
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards, with strong internal controls and audit readiness
- Partnering with Risk and Compliance to support sound financial risk management and alignment with NCUA requirements
- Presenting financial results, forecasts, and strategic insights to the Board and Executive Team in a clear and practical manner
- Leading and developing finance and accounting teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
