Role: Part strategist, part seller, part customer champion. You willshape our strategy across key B2B segments, while driving the execution of a sales-centric go-to-market motion.
Responsibilities:
- Co-develop and refine our GTM strategy across our three core segments, identifying ICPs, messaging, channels, and repeatable motions.
- Own and execute a full outbound sales motion, including prospecting, qualification, demos, objection handling, and closing.
- Partner closely with Product and Leadership to bring segment feedback that shape roadmap and positioning.
- Lead portions of customer onboarding and early success
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience across Sales, GTM, and/or Customer Success, ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment.
- Demonstrated success selling SaaS products to mid-market or enterprise buyers.
- Background or familiarity with at least one of our three core segments—academia, healthcare, or corporate R&D.
- Experience in using modern GTM automation tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly to build workflows that help you do more, faster.
- Hands-on experience in customer success or onboarding
- Strong communication skills and comfort navigating technical or research-oriented customer environments.
Compensation:
- $100-$150k base cash salary + performance-based compensation
- Competitive Series A equity
