We are a boutique bookkeeping business serving small and mid-sized companies across industries. Our clients rely on us for accuracy, transparency, and clear financial reporting. Now, we’re looking to expand our support by bringing on a Fractional CFO who can provide strategic financial leadership directly to our clients.
Role Overview
As our Fractional CFO, you’ll partner with our bookkeeping team and work hands-on with clients to:
- Translate bookkeeping data into actionable financial insights
- Provide cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis
- Advise on growth strategies, funding readiness, and long-term planning
- Guide clients in streamlining systems and improving financial decision-making
- Serve as a trusted advisor alongside our bookkeeping services
Qualifications
- Proven CFO or senior finance experience (small business/startup experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, and business strategy
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance professionals
- Collaborative mindset; comfortable working with both our team and directly with clients
- Flexible availability (fractional/part-time engagement)
