Job Title: Business Operations Specialist – Security Sales Strategy and Performance
Location: 100% Remote - PST preferred
Rate: $70-$72/ hour
Duration: Through 6/30/26 (extension dependent on budget)
Purpose of the Role
This role supports worldwide security sales strategy within a Commercial Solution Area organization. The Business Operations Specialist drives sales performance analysis, develops Power BI dashboards, and delivers cloud security insights to support global security go‑to‑market execution. The role integrates business operations, data analysis, partner engagement, and program management to improve security sales performance across internal and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance and Insight Development
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Provide actionable security sales insights and performance analysis.
• Support cloud security renewal and customer retention projects requiring data synthesis and dashboard creation.
Business Operations and Program Support
• Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, sub‑agreements, and process documentation.
• Approve project budgets, monitor expenditures, and anticipate overruns with recommended solutions.
• Manage project structures, milestones, and metrics.
Strategic Security GTM Support
• Support long‑term SME and Channel (SME&C) security planning including role design, incentives, scorecards, and target setting.
• Partner with SE&O, Channel, CSA, Marketing, Engineering, and Field teams to accelerate growth and reduce churn.
• Support development of solution plays and investments that advance the SME&C security business.
Reporting and Execution Rhythm
• Prepare SME&C security program updates and maintain internal program landing pages.
• Lead or support Reporting of Business (ROB) cycles with synthesized insights.
• Coordinate partner meeting and event schedules across global time zones.
Performance Measurement
Performance will be measured through:
• Timely delivery of accurate business data analysis.
• On‑schedule Power BI dashboard development.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder alignment to achieve desired outcomes.
• Clear communication and reduction of ambiguity.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience
• Experience in Power BI dashboard development and data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data cube development.
• Experience with data mining and summarizing data into meaningful insights.
• Experience with program management, stakeholder alignment, and global coordination.
• Experience applying business, accounting, and financial principles.

• Comfortable working across three global time zones and coordinating multiple programs simultaneously.
