We are seeking a Founding Chief Financial Officer who will help build the financial, strategic, and operational backbone of 4MP — from capital strategy to organizational scale.

🧭 Role Description: Founding CFO (Active Pre-Funding Role)
This is a hands-on, high-impact founding role.
You will shape the financial strategy, capital structure, and operational readiness of 4MP before major scaling begins.
Your Impact
You will:
- Lead capital strategy and prepare the company for fundraising
- Drive investor engagement, due diligence readiness, and financial storytelling
- Build financial models, long-range forecasts, and discipline across the organization
- Create early financial systems, processes, and controls
- Recruit and assemble key elements of the early Finance & Ops core team
- Align technical and software development milestones with financial strategy
- Partner with the CEO on organizational design and scaling readiness
- Build the financial ecosystem required for hockey-stick scaling

🎓 Qualifications
Required
- Strong experience leading capital raises (Seed, Series A, or beyond)
- Deep expertise in strategic finance, FP&A, modeling, and forecasting
- Experience building financial systems from the ground up
- Strong understanding of both software economics and hardware/manufacturing cost structures
- Capability to support rapid growth or early-stage scale
- Excellent investor relations and financial communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Preferred
- MBA strongly preferred
- Experience in:
- Software / SaaS companies
- Manufacturing, industrial systems, automation, or deep-tech
- Engineering-driven or precision-critical organizations
- Background in grant strategy, non-dilutive funding, or partnerships
- Experience scaling teams from early stage to hypergrowth
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS metrics, ARR economics, margin modeling, and subscription-based revenue mechanics

🧭 Role Description: Founding CHRO (Active Pre-Funding Role)
This is not a planning-only role.
It is an active, hands-on founding role where you will begin assembling and working with the early core team that shapes the company before product deployment and scaling.
Your Impact
You will:
- Recruit and assemble the future leaders and core team members who will contribute to early thinking, architecture discussions, and strategic shaping of the company
- Build an early circle of contributors who can participate in initial problem-solving, mapping sessions, and high-level technical and organizational design
- Facilitate early collaboration workshops and alignment sessions for prospective founding contributors
- Establish culture, leadership norms, and operating principles through real interaction — not documents
- Partner directly with the CEO to build the foundational team dynamics, communication standards, and organizational structure
- Create the People Foundation that will support hockey-stick scaling as the company grows

🎓 Qualifications
Required
- 10–20+ years of HR leadership experience
- Track record of building teams in high-growth or high-intensity environments
- Experience recruiting specialized and highly technical talent
- Deep expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and people systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline
Preferred
- MBA strongly preferred
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certifications
- Background in:
- Manufacturing or industrial technology
- Automation, CNC, robotics, or engineering-driven companies
- Deep-tech, software, or complex technical organizations
- Experience scaling companies through rapid expansion
- Ability to align People strategy with technical and mission-driven teams
