The Business Operations Manager (BOM) is responsible for providing strong leadership across all operational functions at Switch Up, ensuring that the organisation runs efficiently, meets compliance standards, and delivers high quality services.
The BOM will:
- Embed Switch Up’s vision, mission, and values across all operational areas.
- Oversee compliance and quality assurance across HR, finance, IT, communications, and business development.
- Ensure operational teams and community facilities operate safely, effectively, and deliver excellent outcomes.
