About the role
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to supercharge our go-to-market engine. This role is pivotal in optimising our HubSpot instance, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting scalable sales and marketing operations. You’ll work closely with GTM leaders to streamline processes, unify tools, and build the operational backbone that drives growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Audit and optimise our HubSpot setup across marketing and sales workflows
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for GTM performance
- Implement Gong and support enablement across CS and sales teams
- Design and manage lead flows, nurture programs, and territory allocation
- Support demand and headcount planning across GTM functions
- Create and maintain documentation for operational processes
- Identify and implement process improvements across marketing and sales ops
What you’ll bring to the role
- Strong, hands-on experience in revenue operations, marketing ops, or sales ops
- Proven expertise in HubSpot and familiarity with Gong
- Strong Excel/data skills for planning and reporting
- Process-oriented mindset with a love for documentation and structure
- Ability to push back and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo is a bonus
- Understanding of lead scoring, funnel metrics, and campaign performance tracking
