Role Overview
We’re seeking a Global Revenue Operations Manager to support our global go-to-market organisation through stronger processes, business intelligence, and operational discipline. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and Revenue Operations, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Finance to improve visibility, drive efficiency, and support revenue growth worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between Regional EVPs and sales teams with Finance and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes and support deal progression.
- Build and enhance Business Intelligence and reporting for Nuix’s Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, and Partner) teams.
- With the sales teams investigate new tools and processes to improve sales teams efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of sales tools and processes through training and change management initiatives, with particular focus on Salesforce optimisation and removing operational bottlenecks.
- Develop a model defining minimum global expectations relating to core processes, practices, tools and reporting while allowing flexibility for local nuances and requirements.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline discipline, and preparation for pipeline reviews.
- Partner with Marketing on planning, execution, and measurement of GTM initiatives.
- Deliver accurate, real-time dashboards, analytics, and reporting for GTM teams including sales performance, pipeline metrics, and business insights.
- Provide advice to sales teams on deal structures and revenue recognition
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of sales commission and incentive plans, including quota setting and performance management frameworks.
- Provide regular reporting and cadence support to the CFO and CEO and senior leadership.
- Lead and manage a team of sales analysts to support revenue operations initiatives.
- Work flexibly across global time zones to lead and support cross-regional teams and ensure timely coordination of operational activities across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
- Periodic international travel required to build relationships with regional teams, support major deal cycles, and ensure effective implementation of global processes and systems.
- Execute ad-hoc operational and strategic projects as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications & Experience- Demonstrated experience and tenure in leading sales/revenue operations in global organisations
- Experience in a high-growth software/SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of analysts
- Proven experience in sales process optimisation, and implementing sales methodologies to drive pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
- Have designed and implemented sales incentive programs specifically aligned to key sales and business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders using data and analytical insights.
- Strong business and financial analysis capability.
- Excellent organisation, coordination, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and diverse cultures.
- Strong systems capability: Salesforce and financial system experience preferred.
