We're expanding, and we're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join us in the UK, covering the EU market.
The Mission:
The Sales Operations Specialist is a key position where you will orchestrate complex deals and streamline workflows, ensuring our Consignment Specialist have the infrastructure they need to exceed targets.
The role plays a pivotal position in bringing the team together to ensure we are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will take ownership of the deal lifecycle, actively unlocking untapped revenue streams and re-engineering our workflows to supercharge team performance.
The role will liaise regularly with the Sales Lead for the EU, monitoring pipeline health and working closely with consignors to ensure opportunities are maximised.
You'll sit at the heart of Operations teams working directly with our Consignors and Sales Ops Manager to bridge the gap between data and action, using everything from standard KPIs to cutting edge AI tools to drive our growth. The Gearbox:
- Managing the EU teams' Consignment processes including; Salesforce management and monitoring, task follow up and deal quality and process
- Uncovering hidden market potential and curating high conversion prospect lists.
- Influence pricing strategy of high value cars by providing analysis of data for valuations.
- Lead ad-hoc projects utilising AI to drive revenue, finding smarter ways to identify high-value cars and predict trends
- Developing strategies for new consignment sources and opportunities within our existing database.
- Develop and evolve go-to-market frameworks and resource allocation models to improve sales productivity and ensure the team is focused on the highest value opportunities.
- Streamline the photography process, proactively identifying bottlenecks in the photography schedule and resolving logistics to ensure a seamless flow of digital assets
- Constantly audit improve and level up the quality and consistency of the buying experience
- Work with Client Services to resolve any post auction issues.
- Communication with Sellers and support consignors through the sales process.
- Consignment Projects - e.g. High Value Customer identification, process optimisation.

- A keen interest in cars of all genres and eras.
- Experience influencing and collaborating with high growth teams.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to present and influence credibly and effectively.
- CRM knowledge with the ability to analyse sales processes.
- Knowledge and experience of how the collector car market operates is a bonus
- Strong organisational skills
The Pit Stop:
Parsons Green, London. You'll be predominantly based here, our London HQ. You'll need full UK working rights for this position.
