Role Objective
The Sales Operations Executive provides critical operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that all sales activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently. This role is dedicated to ensuring operational fluidity by managing CRM integrity, optimizing the lead-to-order workflow, and acting as the primary liaison between sales, logistics, and after-sales functions
Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales Operations & Administrative Excellence
- Drive day-to-day operational support for the sales team, ensuring seamless administrative execution.
- Take charge of daily order delivery arrangements for the sales team and manage logistics for events and sample requests.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and project proposals
- Manage bi-weekly preparation and processing of commission payments for GDC partners.
- CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of leads, opportunities, and account information in SalesForce
- Rigorously track quotation statuses and ensure all CRM records are organized and up-to-date.
- Leverage order information reports to provide the sales team with critical updates on stock availability and lead times
- Cross-Functional Liaison & Project Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact to ensure a timely flow of information between the sales team and internal business units
- Order Management Team (OMT): Proactively monitor order statuses and delivery schedules to provide real-time updates to the sales team.
- Service Excellence: Coordinate with the After-Sales team to track inquiry statuses, ensuring all post-purchase requests reach a swift resolution.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly summaries covering lead status, quotation trackers, and pipeline updates for management visibility.
- Maintain a digital filing system for quotations, project contracts, and CRM records.
Job Specifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or administrative roles.
- Experience in the building materials, retail, or interior design industry is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to B2B sales support or showroom/retail project environments is a plus.
Key Competencies
- Experience with CRM and ERP software and systems (SalesForce, SAP).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suites Office or Google Workspace, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and quotation workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
