Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between Business and Technology to enhance processes.
- Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Understand operations across commodity derivatives and exchange-related processes.
- Automate manual processes and streamline workflows while ensuring compliance.
- Assess regulatory implications, prepare reports, and ensure timely submissions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams; handle audits and fine-tune policies.
- Drive continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
Skills & Competencies: Leadership, problem-solving, team management, communication, compliance awareness, process improvement, and ability to work independently under deadlines.
Preferred: Experience in financial services / capital markets, especially commodity derivatives.
