🔎 About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who can manage both Business Operations and CRM functions. This hybrid role requires strong coordination skills, data accuracy, CRM expertise, and the ability to streamline processes across departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and proactive in improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
🔑 Key Responsibilities1. Business Operations- Support day-to-day business activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational SOPs for efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track progress, monitor workflows, and resolve operational issues.
- Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain documentation, tracking sheets, and operational databases.
2. CRM Management- Manage and maintain the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Optimize CRM processes and implement automation to improve customer lifecycle management.
- Create custom dashboards, reports, and analytics to support sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct CRM training and serve as the primary support resource for CRM-related queries.
3. Reporting & Analytics- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on operations performance, customer engagement, pipeline, and KPIs.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Present data-driven recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Ensure accurate information flow and timely follow-ups on action items.
- Support internal teams with CRM usage and operational process improvements.
5. Customer & Stakeholder Management- Update and manage customer records, communication logs, and follow-ups.
- Ensure quick resolution of CRM or operational concerns raised by internal teams.
- Contribute to improved customer experience through structured process execution.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Operations, CRM Systems, or related roles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to multitask.
