Chief Sales Officer (CSO) – Cloud Leader scale-up (Paris, France)
We’re partnering with a high-growth cloud provider, backed by major corporate companies, to hire a Chief Sales Officer (CSO). This company is on track to become a European leader in trusted cloud infrastructure, offering PaaS, and AI/data solutions for sectors in need of secured environments.
Your Mission:
- Define and execute the commercial strategy to drive exponential revenue growth.
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team (5–10+ initially, scaling further).
- Industrialize sales processes (CRM, forecasting, KPIs) for predictable, scalable growth.
- Engage at C-level to close strategic deals in public sector and regulated industries.
- Collaborate with CEO, CTO, and CPO to align sales with product and market expansion.
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years in B2B tech sales, with VP Sales/CSO experience in Cloud, SaaS, or AI.
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in complex, tech and high-ticket sales
- Hands-on leader with strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Fluent in French and English, with C-level influence and collaborative mindset.
