Role Description
This is a part‑time, remote position for an Equity‑based Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for overseeing strategic financial planning, managing financial reporting, and developing analytics to support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure eligible funding opportunities (public and private).
- Lead the preparation and submission of funding applications.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to strengthen the startup’s financial position.
- Manage relationships with funding bodies, investors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize access to public funding programs.
