We are seeking a hands-on finance leader who will be the strategic business partner to the CEO within an industrial manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for leading financial strategy and day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, cash flow, and performance management. The position has a strong operational focus, working closely with production and supply chain teams on cost control, inventory management, and CAPEX, while leading and developing a small local finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 2–4 years of experience as a Controller, with full exposure to accounting, controlling, tax, budgeting, and FP&A
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing or production environment is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, cost control, financial controls, and operational finance
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
- Previous experience managing a small finance team
- Hands-on, pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
