How You’ll Contribute
You’ll be at the front line of our growth—connecting with senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations.
As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by improving processes, managing data, and providing actionable insights that enhance overall performance. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, increasing sales efficiency, and helping the team execute strategies effectively.
In this role you will:

Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Identify key customer segments and determine who sales reps should target — and when — to drive focus and efficiency.

Analyze data to guide rebooking and renewal strategies, focusing efforts where they drive the most value.

Perform data mining and performance analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track productivity and overall team effectiveness.

Share data-driven recommendations and “plays” for each event, board, and campaign to support stronger execution.

Partner with managers to translate insights into action plans, ensuring accountability and consistent follow-through.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Operations, and Technology to enhance sales tools and messaging initiatives.

Proactively identify operational and performance challenges, propose creative solutions, and drive continuous improvements.

Provide operational support for sales initiatives and assist with onboarding new team members.
What Sets You Up for Success

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field

1+ year of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related data-focused role.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and data tools.

Detail-oriented with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence.

Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to work effectively across teams.
