The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded Sales Operations Manager to optimise our sales function. This is a strategic, cross functional role where you will work closely with teams and executives across the business to improve processes, tools, and performance. You won’t have direct reports, but you will have the influence and ability to drive change across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Own and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and playbooks.
- Optimise CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Analyse sales data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, securing buy-in from managers and executives.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the sales function.
- Support forecasting, reporting, and resource planning to maximise team performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Project, Product, or Change Management.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proactive, data-driven, and oriented toward continuous improvement.
