We are partnering with a $150M+ specialty contractor that is looking for a Director of Business Operations to oversee all back-office functions that support field execution across every branch. This role sits on the executive leadership team and owns Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Contract Administration, Warranty, and overall administrative operations. The person in this seat will be responsible for improving processes, managing high-volume documentation, and building stronger financial and operational controls across the company.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounts receivable functions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer accounts.
- Oversee material receiving processes and reconciliation with vendor invoices.
- Oversee the administration of all prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Oversee facilities management, technology infrastructure, and office equipment/supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in construction or specialty contracting
- 5+ years of experience managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and procurement functions in companies exceeding $100M revenue
- Experience managing multi-site operations and teams of 15+ employees
