The AI Strategy & Enablement team drives how Kapture shapes, sells, and delivers its AI product portfolio. We partner across Sales, CS, Partners, Product, Engineering and Operations to solution high-impact AI use cases, build GTM assets, and support pilots and strategic accounts. Our mission is to accelerate AI adoption for enterprises by combining strong solutioning, compelling narratives, and scalable enablement.
Kapture CX is headquartered in Bangalore and we have offices in Mumbai and Delhi/NCR in India, in addition to offices in the USA, UAE, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia.
What is this role all about?
As Manager – AI GTM & Enablement, you will own how we position, package and enable Kapture’s AI product portfolio in the market. You will create and scale the GTM assets that power how we sell and launch our AI products – playbooks, decks, demo scripts, product kits, explainers and thought leadership. Your work will directly shape how Sales, CS and partners talk about Kapture AI, and how confidently enterprise customers understand, evaluate and adopt it.

- Define and refine AI messaging & positioning, tying product capabilities to clear CX business outcomes across key industries.
- Build and maintain AI sales playbooks, master decks, demo scripts, battlecards and objection-handling guides for Sales, CS and partner teams.
- Create AI product kits – including narratives, demo flows, feature summaries, pricing guidance and ROI/TCO frameworks.
- Design and run internal AI enablement – training, explainers, FAQs and “AI Digest” updates that raise AI fluency across Sales, CS and partners.
- Produce AI thought leadership content – blogs, LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, webinar content and event narratives that position Kapture as a trusted AI CX partner.
- Support strategic accounts and partners with tailored decks, narratives, proposal content and QBR materials for high-stakes conversations.
- Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing and Leadership to keep GTM assets aligned with roadmap, customer feedback and market shifts.
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
What does success look like in this role?
Your playbooks, decks and narratives become the default for how Sales, CS and partners talk about Kapture AI. Field teams are more effective in AI conversations, AI deals move faster with sharper positioning, and customers consistently describe our AI story as clear, credible and compelling. New AI products and features launch with clean GTM kits and trained teams.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- You have 2–6 years in management consulting, product marketing, business strategy or similar generalist roles in SaaS/software, working with senior stakeholders.
- You’re strong at storytelling, writing and structuring – turning complex AI + CX topics into simple, compelling narratives and decks.
- You’re comfortable going into technical and functional depth (workflows, APIs, AI concepts, CX processes) to ensure your content is accurate and not hand-wavy.
- You take ownership, move fast and enjoy working across Sales, CS, Product, Engineering and Marketing to get GTM assets shipped and adopted.
What are the most critical skills for this role?
- Ability to translate AI product capabilities into crisp, value-led messaging and GTM narratives.
- Strong writing, structuring and deck-building skills; you care about clarity, flow and visual communication.
- Comfort working at the intersection of product, sales and customer outcomes, with a bias for practical, field-ready assets over theory.
- Influencing and collaboration skills – you can align multiple stakeholders and drive adoption of the GTM assets you create.
You will have an advantage if you:
- Have experience in CX/contact centre environments, especially in Retail or BFSI.
- Have previously owned GTM or enablement for AI, analytics, automation or enterprise SaaS products.
- Have created thought leadership content (articles, posts, webinars, event talks) on tech, AI or CX topics.
- Have worked on partner / channel enablement and know how to build content that scales beyond internal teams.
