About the role:
The GTM Automation Associate is an early-career role responsible for operating, improving, and scaling the company’s AI-driven go-to-market engine. This role acts as the human control layer between AI systems and marketing, sales and growth teams — ensuring that leads are correctly identified, engaged, qualified, contextualized, and routed.
This is not a traditional sales or marketing role. It is a systems-first execution role designed for candidates who enjoy working with tools, automation, structured workflows, and AI-powered processes.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1–1.5 years of experience (or exceptional freshers) who want to build a career in AI-native growth, sales and marketing systems, and modern SaaS GTM.
What we expect from you:
AI-Driven Lead Generation & Outreach
- Operate AI-powered outbound and inbound workflows across email, LinkedIn, website chat, and landing flows.
- Use GTM tools to identify target accounts, personas, and buying signals.
- Personalize messages using firmographic, behavioral, and intent-based inputs.
- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to prompts, sequences, and flows.
Lead Qualification & Readiness Assessment
- Monitor and manage leads generated through AI chatbots, website forms, and marketing campaigns.
- Review and validate leads based on company profile, buyer role, use case, and intent.
- Engage with prospects to gather basic discovery information and determine sales readiness.
AI-Assisted Demo & Discovery Support
- Support prospects in navigating AI-driven demos, chat-based product walkthroughs, and discovery flows.
- Capture customer pain points, requirements, and product interest.
- Ensure high-quality, context-rich lead handoffs by creating structured and robust briefs for Sales—so reps don’t start cold.
CRM & GTM Operations
- Maintain clean, accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Track lead stages, engagement status, and routing accuracy.
- Identify breakpoints, drop-offs, and confusion loops.
- Flag mismatches between automation logic and real-world behavior.
Continuous Improvement
- Test and refine AI prompts, routing logic, and automation rules.
- Observe where AI fails, confuses, or misclassifies.
- Provide structured feedback to improve workflows.
- Help document GTM playbooks and system logic.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- 0.5–1.5 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, or a related field (freshers welcome).
- Willingness to work US business hours (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Interest in AI, SaaS, automation, and revenue growth.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with tools, data, and structured workflows.
- Exposure to Clay.com, Qualified.com, n8n, or similar GTM and automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales or digital marketing.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or chatbot platforms.
