Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
Who are we looking for?
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a key supporting role in the sales process. You will help ensure deals are structured correctly, comply with company policies, and are processed efficiently. Working closely with sales, finance, and other internal teams, you’ll help maintain data accuracy, prepare quotes, and support the smooth running of deal desk operations.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Support production of standard customer proposals and quotes using pricing data and templates.
- Maintain and update pricing lists, cost bases, and deal documentation.
- Support the sales team by responding to requests for commercial support in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist in reviewing sales proposals to ensure compliance with pricing policies and contractual terms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to streamline quote-to-cash processes.
- Ensure all deals are accurately entered and properly booked in the CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce).
- Assist in basic financial analysis and margin checks for deals.
- Maintain effective audit trails and ensure internal tools are kept up to date.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the adoption and utilisation of deal desk tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with Gamma’s corporate policies and standards in all deals and transactions.
What you’ll need
- 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial, pricing, or sales support environment (telecoms desirable but not essential).
- Good Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Good Microsoft Word skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
- Positive attitude and team player.

- This role requires hybrid working from our Newbury or London Office maximum 3 days per week.
