Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise sales processes and governance, ensuring clear rules, stage definitions, approval flows, and alignment with sales and finance leadership.
- Champion CRM (Salesforce) adoption, training users, enforcing data quality, and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage pipeline accuracy and forecasting integrity through regular audits, monitoring deal progression, and identifying issues early.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics, creating dashboards and insights that support informed commercial decision-making.
- Oversee the Deal Desk and contract management process, ensuring efficient deal flow, compliance with pricing/terms, and removal of bottlenecks.
- Maintain and enhance the Salesforce environment while collaborating cross-functionally to automate workflows, streamline operations, and ensure best-in-class commercial processes.
Essential Background
- Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager (or similar), with strong knowledge of Salesforce, sales processes, and end-to-end funnel management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement new processes from scratch, supported by strong project management skills and clear communication.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or similar), with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive best-in-class operational standards.
