Grayis Technologies is a growing consultancy based in London. While our core business is digital solutions, we need a strong operational backbone to keep the company running smoothly. We are looking for a highly organized Business Operations Manager to oversee our daily administrative and operational functions.
The Role
You will be the "go-to" person for the non-technical side of the business. You will report directly to the Directors and ensure that our office, supplier relationships, and internal processes are efficient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external suppliers (software vendors, office facilities, and service providers).
- Financial Admin: Oversee invoicing, expense tracking, and assist external accountants with monthly payroll preparation (experience with Xero or QuickBooks is a plus).
- Process Improvement: Audit current internal workflows and implement new policies to improve team efficiency.
- HR Support: Manage employee onboarding/offboarding logistics (contracts, equipment setup) and maintain personnel records.
- Compliance: Ensure the office meets Health & Safety standards and GDPR compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Office Management, or a similar administrative leadership role.
- Strong financial literacy (comfortable with budgets and spreadsheets).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
