We are looking for a sharp, motivated fresher to join our Founders Office as a Business Operations Coordinator. This role offers hands-on exposure across business operations, HR, finance coordination, presentations, and research — with the opportunity to learn directly from the founding team.
An ideal role for someone who wants to grow fast and work across multiple functions in a high-energy startup environment.
What you will do:
- Assist founders with presentations, pitch decks, research, and strategy documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, notes, and follow-ups
- Support hiring, onboarding, HRMS updates, and internal communication
- Track expenses, invoices, budgets, and maintain basic MIS reports
- Help with procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation
- Support day-to-day operations across teams
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Good PPT/Google Slides & Excel/Sheets skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup
- Degree: BBA / B.Com / B.Tech / MBA (Fresher)
- Internship experience in HR/Finance/Operations is a plus
