We are looking for a Business & Operations Associate who can support financial analysis, market research, strategic initiatives, and operational coordination in a fast-paced startup environment. This role works closely with leadership and plays an important part in supporting business decisions through structured analysis and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Strategic Support
- Support business operations, strategic initiatives, and internal planning processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the aerospace and aviation industry.
- Assist in identifying potential partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities.
- Provide structured insights and analysis to support leadership decision-making.
Financial & Data Analysis
- Prepare financial models, reports, and analytical dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities.
- Track operational metrics and help monitor project performance.
Documentation & Reporting
- Develop business presentations, reports, and documentation using PowerPoint and Word.
- Maintain organized digital documentation and internal data repositories.
- Assist leadership with structured reports, summaries, and analytical insights.
Research & Productivity
- Utilize AI tools for research, data analysis, and workflow productivity.
- Conduct industry intelligence research across aviation, aerospace, and related sectors.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com or M.Com + MBA from a recognized university.
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, finance, consulting, analytics, or startup environments.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Excel – financial analysis, pivot tables, and data management.
- PowerPoint – professional business presentations.
- Word – structured reports and documentation.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and productivity workflows.
