We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead enterprise-sales and growth strategy for VRetail β an AI-powered SaaS platform (https://www.vretail.space/)β driving revenue, market adoption, and client success across large Enterprises. The ideal candidate blends strong enterprise-sales acumen, technical savvy, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales & Account Acquisition
- Identify, target, and close high-value enterprise clients.
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting β pitching β demos β negotiation β closure.
- Engage with senior stakeholders (Decision-makers) to present compelling value proposition of VRetail.
- Product Positioning & Solution Selling
- Translate VRetailβs SaaS/AI features into business value for clients.
- Understand technical aspects deeply and tailor customized solutions fitting client needs.
- Quickly craft and deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Strategy, GTM & Market Expansion
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for VRetail in enterprise segments.
- Build scalable sales frameworks, lead generation pipelines, and outreach processes.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Product Feedback
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align product roadmap with market needs.
- Provide market insights and feedback to drive feature development, enhancements, and solution customization.
- Client Success & Growth Management
- Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of VRetail at client end.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships; drive renewals, upsells, and account expansion.

- 8-12 years of relevant experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, AI, or technology products (selling to enterprises).
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep technical understanding β able to grasp, explain and sell complex SaaS/AI/VR solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills: articulate, sharp, precise, persuasive.
- Ability to quickly craft powerful presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Strong solution-oriented mindset: able to conceptualize and build end-to-end solutions tailored to clients.
- Passion for sales: driven, proactive, resilient, and result-oriented.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth and customer success.
