Role Overview
Loyalty Program Executive is responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of loyalty initiatives aimed at increasing off takes, execution, repeat purchases , and trade engagement across stores. The role ensures smooth program operations, retailer onboarding, performance analysis, digital initiatives and continuous enhancement of loyalty value propositions aligned with the company’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Loyalty Program Management & Execution
- Design , Implement and execute loyalty schemes across all GT channels.
- Coordinate with sales teams for program rollout, retailer onboarding, and store-level communication, and merchandising.
- Execute point-based, tier-based, and reward-based loyalty mechanics tailored basis channel/RE.
2. Retailer & Consumer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with key retailers to drive program adoption and visibility.
- Ensure POS materials, communication collaterals, and loyalty sign-up tools are properly deployed.
- Conduct store visits to ensure program hygiene and gather on-ground feedback.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Track enrolments, points issuance, redemption, and reward fulfilment.
- Monitor KPIs such as brand-wise performance, WOA, range selling, tier wise bandwidth, and reward utilization.
- Work with analytics teams to generate actionable insights for improving program performance.
4. Reward & Redemption Operations
- Coordinate with reward partners and vendors for catalog updates, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of direct to account payouts, gift items, vouchers, and other rewards.
- Maintain database accuracy and service SLAs.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales, finance, marketing, brand, category, and supply chain teams to integrate loyalty promotions into campaigns.
- Support new product launches by embedding loyalty triggers (bonus points, starter rewards, etc.).
- Liaise with finance for budget tracking and reconciliation of reward payouts.
6. Vendor & Budget Management
- Work closely with vendors on digital solution for loyalty app, reward management vendor, and POSM.
- Ensure end-to-end program budgets are within the planned limit.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payouts and budget evaluation.
- 7. Competition Tracking Stay updated on competitor loyalty strategies in the category and industry.
- Provide insights basis the data analytics and industry benchmarking on innovations to be done in loyalty program structure.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of FMCG retail dynamics, shopper behaviour, and trade marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, CRM/Loyalty platforms.
- Strong coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Problem-solving mindset; attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in loyalty programs, trade marketing, brand Activation, GTM/RTM role, Core Sales in FMCG Industry as a Sales officer or Senior Sales officer—preferably in FMCG/Personal Care sector.
- Experience with CRM systems, loyalty dashboards, or retail activation platforms is an advantage.
