Role Overview
The Group CFO is a mission-critical hire who will partner with the CEO in architecting the group's next chapter. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role at the centre of a complex, multi-geo media technology business. The CFO will unify the financial engine, lead integration, sharpen commercial discipline, and prepare the company for a strategic exit. Requires a strategic operator with “grip”, pace, and the ability to professionalise finance while driving value creation across a hybrid revenue model.
