The incoming CFO will own:
- Group financial reporting across a complex multi-entity structure
- M&A execution and post-acquisition integration
- Treasury, cash management and working capital across all entities
- Debt facilities, capital markets and covenant compliance
- Investor and board-level reporting
- Finance systems and technology adoption
- Tax and multi-jurisdiction compliance
- Exit readiness and capital event positioning
The profile we are looking for is specific. CFO experience in PE-backed SaaS. Meaningful M&A and integration exposure. Prior exit experience.
