Key Responsibilities Of The Chief Financial Officer
- Oversee all financial operations, including FP&A, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury
- Partner with PE leadership to drive value creation, margin expansion, and operational discipline
- Lead finance teams, establish reporting cadence, and enhance processes, controls, and systems
- Provide strategic insights to support growth, M&A evaluation, and SaaS-related revenue initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, contributing to long-term planning
Qualifications For The Chief Financial Officer
- Current CFO at a high-growth, PE-backed company under $100M in revenue
- Minimum 3-year tenure as CFO in the same company with a stable career track
- Experience in service, tech-enabled service, or SaaS industries
