Tatum by Randstad is partnering with a PE-Backed, Multi-Site Healthcare Organization based out of Orange County, CA in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Organization is poised for growth in 2026, and is targeting a savvy business partner to head up the Finance function. The primary responsbilities in this role reporting to the CEO will include:
- Directing and Management of all finance, accounting, tax, treasury, internal controls for the business
- Oversight of a Controller, Accounting Staff, Revenue Cycle, and Operational accounting staff
- Development and Management of Board reporting materials for quarterly, annual meetings with PE Sponsors
- Works closely with CEO, COO, CHRO and other key team members on projects
The ideal candidate will have 15 + years of industry experience, track record of working with $50-$100mm + business, be able to operate effectively in a hands-on capacity, lead key initiatives in conjunction with PE Sponsor and CEO, and possess top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
