Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities

Drive long-term planning, capital allocation, and financial modeling.

Oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, and cost control.

Execute M&A, integration, and stakeholder relationships.

Chief Financial Officer Requirements

15+ years of experience.

Experience within a mid sized company ($700MM to $1B)

Experience with M&A.
- Preferably coming from Construction or Real Estate.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting - CPA and/or MBA preferred.
