Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, India, with flexibility for some remote work. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of FlexibleIR, you will oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with executives to drive the organization’s financial strategy, lead budgeting processes, analyze financial data, and provide insights to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities include leading the preparation of financial statements, cash flow management, and identifying opportunities to optimize financial performance and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide strategic insights
- Leadership experience with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory policies affecting the cybersecurity industry is a plus
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent financial certifications are beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
