Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our global finance function and drive financial excellence across the organization.
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (400067)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead global finance, accounting, compliance, and risk management functions
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term strategy
• Manage cross-border transactions and multi-currency financial operations
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and tax frameworks
Requirements
• 8–12 years of experience in finance/accounting with international exposure
• Proven experience in a leadership role such as CFO, Finance Head, or Financial Controller
• Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and global taxation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
