Job Summary
As a Regional Sales Operations Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing sales processes, driving operational excellence, and accelerating deal momentum. You’ll champion key initiatives such as global sales process implementation, opportunity acceleration, and effective change management to empower field teams.
Your work will enhance the customer journey by streamlining operations, boosting productivity, and enabling faster, more frequent deal closures. You’ll also oversee pipeline health, ensuring CRM and sales tools are leveraged effectively to support business goals.

Essential functions
As a Regional Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Process & Operational Excellence
- Utilizing deep knowledge of the sales cycle, funnel management, and install base operations.
- Driving adoption and execution of key sales processes and initiatives, including:
- Deal motion and opportunity acceleration
- Implementation of Global Business Sales Processes
- Effective sales change management
2. Enhancing (internal) Customer Experience
- Supporting field teams in delivering a seamless customer journey across the lifecycle.
- Ensuring best-in-class processes and support to meet field and business needs.
- Improving sales productivity by increasing customer engagement time.
- Accelerating revenue by supporting faster and more frequent deal closures.
- Leading initiatives and delivering insights aligned with business objectives to enhance revenue, market share, and margin growth.
3. Pipeline & Deal Management
- Support the teams to maintain pipeline hygiene and ensuring overall pipeline health
- Supporting CRM, CPQ efforts, sales order adjustments, MNC splits
Job requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) for understanding of opportunity/pipeline
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
- The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in the technology sector, specifically in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related functions. Preferably, they will have expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- Planning cycles
- Operating model development
- Process improvement and design
- Business analytics and insights
- Chief of staff, business operations, or cadence management
Education
- A minimum degree level of education in a related or financial discipline
- Fluency in French and English (C1-C2 Level)
- Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex tasks
- Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
