We’re looking for a collaborative, solutions-minded team member to join our IT team. This role plays an important part in supporting and improving our Epicor ERP system and business applications that serve teams across the company. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
SALARY: $80,000-$95,000+, commensurate with experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPNSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned.
- Work with business leaders to understand department workflows, gather new requirements, offer recommendations, and implement new solutions within ERP system and business applications
- Perform administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of ERP and business applications to maintain a stable environment for business-critical applications
- Develop and support integration solutions between ERP and other business applications
- Provide application support for ERP and business applications to end-users
- Perform ERP system and business application upgrades and updates on a regular basis, provide training for department managers as needed on new features and functions, and maintain production, test, and development environments
- Develop business and data solutions, dashboards, queries, and custom solutions within ERP system for measuring KPI(s), data analytics, and business process improvements for executives and management
- Manage and regularly perform, non-automated, ERP and business application processes to support business needs
- Create and maintain technical documentation of ERP system and other business applications
- Make recommendations for business application infrastructure, deployment, and backup solutions
- Perform data analysis for business units, generating reports and data for use in KPI(s)
- Provide basic support for various non-ERP related technology systems in use at Coremark Metals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in working with Epicor ERP
- Knowledge of Epicor Development Toolsets (C#, BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, Reporting)
- Visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and use a keyboard and computer
- A positive, collaborative, customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving approach to work
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with users in different roles and with varying skillsets
- Familiar with Information Technologies, Windows Server Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL Server
- Ability to exercise sound reasoning in general conduct and decision-making
- Ability to work independently and within a team with personal integrity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: The following qualifications are desired, though not required to adequately meet the objectives of the position.
- Microsoft SQL SSRS Reporting
- Familiar with T-SQL queries
- Scripting/programming experience
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
