Eton now enters a growth phase beyond traditional student enrolment with expansion into domestic upskilling, corporate workforce development, global licensing centers, B2G training contracts, online micro-credentials, and international academic pathways. This role will drive that growth.
Role Purpose
You will build, scale, and integrate the full commercial engine of Eton College. This means revenue across Domestic enrolments, Corporate B2B training, International licensing, B2G workforce contracts, Online programs, and Pathway partnerships.
Your success is defined by predictable revenue rhythms, new channels activated, and systems that make growth repeatable.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership:
- Design Eton’s revenue architecture, forecasting models, and growth dashboards.
- Build quarterly and annual revenue plans with clear accountability.
- Own topline target achievement across all commercial streams.
Domestic (B2C)
- Scale enrolments from Canadians and Permanent Residents.
- Launch and commercialize micro-credentials for upskilling and career-switch.
- Improve lead → application → conversion efficiency with measurable lift.
Corporate B2B Training
- Build enterprise offerings for airlines, airports, hotels, cruise operators.
- Close recurring learning & development contracts.
- Package and price training modules into repeatable commercial SKUs.
International Licensing & Offshore Delivery
- Drive 2–5 global Eton training centres through licensing/franchise models.
- Monetize transnational program delivery and partner-driven enrolments.
- Establish duplicable partner-onboarding and commercial scale framework.
Government & Public Sector (B2G)
- Secure 1–2 provincial/federal funded training programs.
- Lead tender/RFP submissions for skills, newcomer and employment training.
- Position Eton as a labour-market solution provider for aviation & hospitality.
Online (Digital) Micro-Credentials
- Launch short courses, interview bootcamps, aviation/hospitality skill modules.
- Own CAC, LTV, unit economics and revenue velocity.
- Drive month-on-month digital revenue growth.
RevOps Systems & Visibility
- Implement CRM + data stack for full pipeline visibility.
- Standardize sales processes across B2B, B2C, B2G, Licensing, Online.
- Deliver real-time dashboards for forecasting, attribution and channel ROI.

RevOps Infrastructure
- Live dashboard with real-time revenue reporting across all channels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years in revenue leadership (education, edtech, workforce training or aviation/hospitality preferred).
- Strong RevOps DNA: forecasting, funnel analytics, CAC/LTV modelling, CRM execution.
- Success scaling multi-channel revenue (B2B, B2C, B2G, Online, Licensing).
- Strong negotiator with commercial discipline and pricing intelligence.
