The Business Operations Manager oversees the daily operations to ensure efficiency, excellent customer service, and smooth workflow.
This role manages staff, coordinates inventory and purchasing, supports sales activities, and helps maintain a well-organized shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day shop operations and help with planning
- Work closely with Directors and senior florists on new orders
- Oversee inventory levels, order supplies for the studio
- Maintain shop cleanliness and maintenance.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
- Accounts Book Keeping and Payroll
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations management / Accounting /HR Preferred (floral experience a plus)
- Passion for floristry industry and willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and inventory management
- Proactive
- Comfortable with using computers, simple software
